I really liked that first video about this subject you made, and I like this one as well :) I think it is an importand message. Becauce there are ppl even leaders in this "diet" communities who deny that ED even exists. Its all because you don't eat enough this or that...but ppl with EDs know very well deep inside when they are restricting or when they don't eat something out of other reasons. We do know that. And we do know, that we would eat 30 bananas a day just to be thin...not to be super healthy. Avoiding lage food groups without needing to, out of medical reasons..in my opinion that is an ED in itself.
The reason lifestyle diet people- I'm speaking from a vegan perspective, don't like to call it a "diet" is because it is not just about what we eat. It is true that our diet,which is the way we eat, is different, but it is not just about food. I go into more detail of this in the end of my video about how and why I became vegan.
Hi, have been thinking lately about things! due to Fats in food and in Sugar the natural stuff not added and was just wondering what was your believes like is fat better for your brain to function or is is a balance or even more natural fat and a small amount of natural sugar as i do try not to ever have sugar or fat but sometimes i feel like i'm not in control of things and i need some? i hope you get what i am trying to say! I am more of a fresh chicken breast and veg. which i have a small amount s for my dinner 1 - 2 Apple or a banana a day just depends not much red meat, no oils, have to eat everything cooked in oven/grilled things like that, do you have any tips as i am trying to find out what is best as i hate when i feel week and not in control of my emotions and things, Thank you, And good luck!, hope you could give me some ideas as i do not have a dietician or any one to take to.
