Somehow Brian's voice is still holding up at 67. Shocked it hasn't blown out at this point. Love the guy. Gotta appreciate that he's still able to do it!
He's truly a one of a kind
Brian, and pretty much all of the guys from ACDC really, are such a class act. Not only they always perform at the top of their game, but also when they are invited to join other musicians they show nothing but humility and respect. And you can tell it's genuine.
Well said!
Ladies and Gentlemen Mr. Brian Johnson.....And That Is How You Do That!!!!!
Hard to believe that Brian is almost 70. Sounds just like Back in Black.
He has leather vocal cords man. He's been screaming for 30 years and can still sing like its been a week since he started. :)
All he needed was Ballbreaker and Stiff Upper Lip to cool down, didn't have to stress as much on his blues unlike Bon, who was the other way around.
lfgubrs "Time and the tides wait for no man" Alexander The Great ....
Erulin68 Great quote by Alexander. Probably one of the most brutal men in history, but very poetic and succinct.
Now I understand why they fired him from AC/DC .
Holy molly, Brian at his age should feel like an arrogant rock star, but nah! he's still salute and give a warm handshake/hug to EVERY person on the stage! maybe this is the reason he didnt get the "gossip" famous, he's too nice of a person :))
Brian is awesome....... just like the other guys in AC/DC......down to earth... no egos...
I meet him at the racetrack in 97, we both race at the Skip Barber race series, and i can also can say that is a very kind person, no ego at all, we talk about Rock n roll and race cars, but at the next race he did'nt show 'cause his mother was very sick... a complete gentleman.
Brian is just having himself a great old time up there, he's just happy to be there. Awesome guy, nicest guy in the world.
class act always
loved the way he thanked all the band members ! CLASS ACT ! ! !
mike franciosa You're absolutely right! A class act indeed! Brian Johnson you're the man!!!
Billy Joel and Brian Johnson what an interresting combination. Like both of them but I never saw that performance coming. Looked like they all had a good time and that's all that matters, namely having a good time while you do what you like.
+Per-Ivar Sandbæk Brian Johnson - Frontman for one of the greatest bands ever.
Looks like the guy you'd see down at your local pub.
RyanThompsonGuitarist Yeah, AC/DC have always been my favorite band and from what I've heard, he's a very down to earth kind of guy and the kind of huy that you actually could meet at your local pub. :)
sexiest guys @the local pub!-Brian Johnson!
See the pride in Brians eyes..
"I'm singin with Billy.."
🤘
Makes you appreciate Angus' guitar skills after listening to the other blokes solo.
Was just thinking that!
Well I think he did it in his own style but.......yeah Angus is God
Wow, out of tune guitar to boot! 😬
Yes I agree .... it's the same with the late Great ... Eddie Van Halen.... simple no one else has their ability for the unique sound they made. With Angus and Eddie it's just like making love to a guitar. No one can do that way.
All I can say is "Bless his heart"
It's always nice to tune your guitar before playing at the Madison Square Garden... ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE PLAYING WITH BILLY JOEL AND BRIAN JOHNSON!!!!
Ikr It really just sounds like the g strong is out of as usual
"the best band I ever saw in my life" - Aussie proud!
+bogans4truth Lol, Scottish don't you mean ? I'll let you have it though.
no idiot.Australian........came to Aus as kids......learnt to play in Aus....did all their hard yards in Aus...Bon Scott, the UK in 78 referred to Aus as " back home" (its on youtube).Australian band.
Blah Blob Brian is Welsh you Git.
Guido Hatzis Brian is not Welsh, he is the most Geordie person in the world, from the north east of England and very proud of the fact
bogans4truth fucking legends
Brian lives in our city, Sarasota, and he is hands down...the most gracious and down to earth rock star ever! He's just a great guy...all who's encountered him agrees.
It's a shame how Men like these go unnoticed by today's society while Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry are praised.
Eh I wouldn't say that, that's the nature of pop music. Anywhere Brian goes in the world he's recognized, especially with his trademark cap. Also Back in Black is still the second best selling album....ever.
Best part is Brian shaking everybodys hands, just shows what kind of man he is. Any other A-list singer would have shaked Billys hand and thats it.
Really cant wait for AC/DC's new album. Brian hasn't lost it and he's nearly 70!
They’ve got 2 new albums since you commented this !
how can he still sing like that?! amazing!
Brian Johnson is the MAN - no pretensions or rock star bullshit. Here is a down to earth performer that has played stadiums for decades and manages to stay grounded. You sir are the ultimate rock star
Brian's a great front man and such a great genuine guy. Fame hasn't spoilt him one iota.
Billy is not only a class act but so is Brian. Taking the time to shake each band member's hand.
Just imagine that i`ve could have died without having seen this!!! last time i felt this was when i saw kerry, mustaine an james in the big four. My skin is goosing THANK YOU GOD for internet!!
Billy Joel is a AC/DC fan and AC/DC is a Billy Joel fan....the world is great!
Brian Johnson sings effortlessly. What a man!
Do you see where he puts the mic when he's finished the song! Verrrry cheeky!!! Hahaha *winks*
Brian Johnson never ceases to amaze.
Brian Johnson a true legend, humble gracious guy who has probably never had a bad word said against him
LOVE IT!! It's like Mac and Cheese, Peanut Butter and Jelly...combining my two FAVORITE things! AC/DC and yes, Billy Joel!
Brian has aged well and he sang the hell outta that song.
Brian ya sound great!
Brian where are you? If you're reading this. We miss you. Please come back soon.
Brian is a class act - would be great to meet in person I am sure. I can't play a note - so not gonna knock these guys but it gives you even more appreciation for Angus's skills on guitar - he is just so far above the average. Best band ever.
I know Brian has dropped the key of this song at recent concerts because he reached an age when its harder for him to do everything live in their original keys. I like the way in this guest performance he shows that he's still able to do this song in the original key
+Will “Ford” Butter it's just quite easy to pull one song in original key, but not whole 2-hour perfomance, that's the problem.
+Вишневский Владимир Yeah. That's true. That'll be frustrating for me to drop keys on my songs to be able to sing them live when im in my 60's
+Will Butter (“Ford”) they didnt drop the songs alot, only a semi tone, like back in black, instead of singing it in E he sang now the song in Eb
actually, hells bells, thunderstruck and back in black are too much for a normal 20 year old person!! Brian is 70!! let's not judge!!
He's still got it!
Brian always proves that beyond being a legend he is an excellent person. I would like to sit down and have some beers with him and listen to his stories.
oh well! the grandmaster !!! Greetings from Mexico!
So right, Billy, that IS how you do it! Hugs and handshakes all around by Brian after the number. Great great star who has never tried to outshine the other performers - no matter who they are. When you are truly great, you don't need to be a prima donna. (Like fat Axl...)
"That's how you do it " Billy Joel. That's right
Brian is such a lovely and modest guy and at his age he's still kicking asses.
Brian, sounds great! Shows what a little rest can do for a voice.
Love how Brian shakes every band members hand, what a nice guy
Saw ACDC many times. They blow the lid off every time. At the Palace of Auburn Hills the entire place was standing the entire show, lots of electricity in that room that night.
He sounds great. So excited that AC/DC will be back into the recording studio in May according to an interview Brian did in April. He said he was really nervous to perform here cuz it had been 4 years since he sang. Nothing to be nervous bout Brian...you da man!!!
What a gentleman- makes sure to shake the hand of every member of the band.
Fantastic !!!🙏
Don’t know whether to like this for Brian or dislike it for that guitar....
When the solo was played...
I cried
the best band i ever saw too english and proud
Billy and brian Johnson on the same stage what a cool thing to happen thank made my night
For a booger my age this is such a killer colaberataion (sp)!Thanx for the hit!
Makes you appreciate Brian’s live voice even more when u here this ! Keep on racing Brian !!
hard to believe billy's guitarist got to play this with brian johnson and couldn't even be remotely in tune
Dave Dederer and screwed up the first handful of notes.
Dave Dederer, his guitar is out of tune. Terrible sound. Sounded like a 15 year boy playing a First Act guitar in his bedroom...or worse.
Dave Dederer exactly.
Oh come on stop nit picking
I bet most of you are a little deaf, sayin' it's out of tune, no offence. He just play it in his own way !
That was a joy to watch. Smiling ear to ear.
this shows how critical Angus and Malcolm's tone is to match that ac dc tone
Must be hard having your own concert and opening up for the biggest band in the world!
damn straight AC/DC FOR LIFE!!!!!
Fantastic Brian and Billy!!
That must have woken up all the boyfriends/husbands who were forced to go and see Billy Joel.
Two of my favorite singers!
brian for ever carajooooooooooo
goddamn acdc and billy joel... MY DREAM COME TRUE!!!
Brian makes everything better
Awesome song hugs
Brian sounds pretty good.
Someone get that dude a guitar tuner, though. Holy shit. Hahahaha.
Also that solo was pretty bad.
beeroosterm and FullMontyUK - The good of this audience is that they played a great musical work, and they did it in honor of a great band. So I will respect them too! Maybe it have happened improvised or not, I don't know.
And, yes... Hendrix, Jimmy Page and others guitarrists were cavalier with their tuning too. lol
Sabbath Man, after listening to that butchering of the guitar I now need some ear transplants no lie 🤪🤪🤪🤪
It was pretty bad. But it sounds like it`s just one string that`s off and it can happen by just bumping into something and when he started the song it was too late. This seems also a bit unrehearsed. Billy is just plunkering on the piano. A bit disrespectful really.
I think the bass is off too.
I will pay real money for footage of Brian Johnson without a hat
Stay healthy, Mr. Johnson
What a set of pipes 👏🏻👏🏻
Can't wait for akka dakka to come on back!!!! Brian still kills it even though his voice has "deteriorated" with age, though I say it's simply changed.
"Im singing with Billy" god love Brian :)
I have every ACCA tape and record up to back in Black and then didn't buy anymore this is the reason!!!!!! BON I still get reved up.
Jesus H. Christ you get a chance to play with Brian Johnson & you can't even tune your guitar
Talk about not tuning? I don't know if you ever watched any of the episodes of Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp but Ace Frehley was playing with one group (Rock and Roll All Nite) and he stopped playing a few times. Mostly because the rhythm guitar was out of tune (first time), than the rhythm guitarist couldn't pick a tempo. The last time was the worst (and sort of the funniest) because they skipped right past Ace's solo. He stopped playing, turned to face the group, said what about my solo, called them unprofessional and left.
Yeh seriously wtf? And he couldn’t even learn the intro correctly
ha...my thoughts exactly
Recognized by all. some won't ever understand.
I know this s0ng......😆
we love u brian johnson #ACDC🤘 im from the Philippines🤘🎸❤️
billy Joel and Brian Johnson dream that ids a dream to see them perform at the same time
Two of the greatest, Billy Joel is way too cool.
There's my fave Brian Johnson! Interesting though seeing Billy Joel playing with him!
Brian is so versatile. Brilliant!
True legend.Brians 1 in a million.

He's earned soo much respect filling in some big shoes
Brian Johnson seems like a very sweet man
That was very good
Brian's an absolute legend
Great performance, please keep rocking with AC/DC!
Immortal
How fun!
wonderful
Excelente. 3:54 y 3:55 (cuando Brian canta ... "Looooong") justifican el pago de la entrada ... lo hace exactamente igual a la canción de estudio q cantó en 1980. Solo q después de 35 años de intenso trajín. Increíble!! Brian is the best!!
Those 50 dislikes deserve a punch in the face, this is genius
Brian the Brazil loves you!
Billy Joel= working class rockstar!
I was there. Brian Rocked but the lead guitar totally blew chunks.
All were very good all nite.
he's so Cool
Sexy hipster moves even in his late60s!! Go Brian!!
The solo ist good and he tuned it while playing, every good guitarist should be able to do this.
Brian is one top bloke no airs and graces love to have a pint 🍺 with him
Love Brian Johnson to death!!! ❤️
