Definitely one of the food-content concepts I enjoy most. It is just so nice to have professional chefs test the recipes from other creators because it allows us, humble homecooks to see what to expect dificulty-wise and what aspects we could potentially want to adjust when doing these ourselves. Plus, it introduces us to more amazing plant based chefs and cuisines from around the world!

Try Gaz Oakley's Plants Only Kitchen cookbook. I LOVE his lasagna. Especially that beshamel sauce. So good! 😋

Hello there, I am not a full-time vegan but these recipes I would definitely have to try. I have been watching this channel for a while and you INSPIRE. I watched it when you were in NYC and LA. I have made curry lentils using your recipe.
OMG you just made moqueca, from my country Brazil! It’s a little strong recipe because of the pepper, but it’s really yummy! I confess that I usually don’t put a lot of pepper on it cuz I don’t like spicy food that much, hahaha. And the coconut milk makes it extra special right?
It was amazing! I will definitely be making it again, and again, and again!! What other Brazilian recipes should I try?

Hot tip! When cooking recipes from British cooks/chefs, I typically use one HALF of an onion (medium size - a quarter maybe if large!) when they call for one. Watching cooking shows, I'd always notice their onions were usually a lot smaller (sometimes less than half the size of a typical US onion), and when I lived in England for five years, that was definitely my experience in the markets. Fortunately, extra sautéed onion rarely ruins a dish 😜! But I thought you might like to hear that note, especially if you were to find a recipe a bit off some time.

It’s in the canned vegetables aisle, in a glass jar or can. Jenné uses it for “crabcakes” bc it has a flaky consistency and it’s white and mild.

Very nice. Thank you for tryout recipes that are quick and easy. Can you spell out the name of the skillet? I feel that it would help with portion control. For any type of bread like batter.

You need to brown the tamales onion and peppers more to pull out the true flavor
