  • In this food travel vlog, Trang and I eat some late night street food in Binh Thanh, Saigon, Vietnam.
    I was suffering from some late night hanger, and the first place we saw was this street food phở stall. So we decided to stop off and see if it could get rid of my hangry attitude...
    The exact location of this street food stall is:
    105 Nguyễn Văn Lạc
    P. 19, Quận Bình Thạnh, TP. HCM
    Thanks for watching! I hope you enjoyed this food travel vlog.

    Can never go wrong with a hot bowl of Pho, dude! It fills you up, keeps you warm BUT it doesn't hold you over for very long. I think it's a great idea to start translating whenever you're conversing with the locals so those that do not understand Vietnamese are engaged. Keep it up Tyler!

      I always love a good Pho. Price seemed good. But if the meal isn’t that good. Then the price will seem to be a little high. Did that make sense? lol

    There’s a place in OC called Cococane that I go to for rau ma drink when I visit. They mix it with sugar cane and/or coconut juice. I’m sure there are many other places that have pure rau ma drinks. It’s something that grows in abundance in SoCal.

    So many Viets who speak better English than Viet Kieus in America since they were kids. Keep it up.

      Statistically speaking there are 99 million Vietnamese inside VN vs 2 million plus Vietnamese abroad. How many Vietnamese in VN could speak English fluently like Trang? If locals can speak English better than Vietnamese abroad then English teachers in VN would be unemployed!

    Could you please let us see what kind of trash customers throw under the table? Is it customary that people throw things on the floor in popular restaurants? Are there any baskets for trash?

    • @BigTimeBentley
      @BigTimeBentley  6 місяців тому

      There are trash bins under almost every street table vendor. Yea I’ll show a clip of that the next time I film a street food video

    Hmmm.. You might get some frowns trying to sell that rau ma for $7.50 at a mom&pop’s banh mi shop deep in a vn community… On the other hand, if you were one of those fusion places in upscale downtown Pasadena, then the prices could be up there with Jamba - I would imagine.
