@thuytruong1020 nha trang is Ok for food. Their special dish is fish cakes but no way, they can't compete with hanoi. Please go to the best spots in hanoi or else, whatever you will have might be average at best.
When you eat a soup noodle, you should try the soup first. If the topping is good but the soup is not then it's just normal noodle. I love hu tieu nam vang and sui cao, it's delicious!
Damn dude, I agree with how good that place is, since I already ate there and thought the same about their food and service. I wouldn't call the snake head fish a base line white meat fish though. It is like calling a rainbow trout a base line white meat fish that can go in many dishes. We are talking about a fresh water fish that tastes like a trout or a bass, not some base line white meat fish like the hundreds of thousands of tons of white cods that they pull up from the bottom of the ocean every year, or the hundreds of thousands of tons of Bossa Fish that they farm grew every year for the base line white meat fish that goes into everything.
The food looks delicious. I am surprised at the amount of minced garlic Tyler put in his bowl. Better not kiss anybody after that! Although it is definitely good for your health.
my Vietnamese mother always told me to date women with big full lips and avoid the ones with thin lips. My ex-wife (marriage lasted 18 months) had thin lips and my current wife (we have 3 kids together) has full lips and I couldn't be any happier.

I wish I had time to figure out the good places to go eat when I visited Vietnam. It was a hit or miss but mostly misses. We stayed in District 1.

The dipping sauce for the dumplings should be sate, soy sauce & red vinegar.
