I love that fairing, i have the MS Gauntlet on my 2004 sporty and the quick release is the way to go - also best line ever "if you to get your own Harley Davidson you can go to..."
I am doing a club/dirt tracker Dyna, and I’ve been looking for a windshield. I love what you’ve done here. I think getting one of the tiny ones is kind of worthless. That is tall enough and substantial enough to get some benefit from. I’m sold!

I installed the Memphis shades bat wing on my dyna,with the 7 in . windshield, only use it in cold weather little to warm in summer down here in South Louisiana

Not a big fan of windshields but this looks pretty bad ass, good choice! Shorter format was cool, still showed you doing the mod in enough detail so I'd be happy if you stuck at it.

I don't really think it looks good on mine, I ride a 2018 street Bob. Matte grey/black. But I'm sure I won't care about it when I feel the comfort of riding high speed without feeling the wind pressure on my upper body.

where did you find the special nylon nuts for the windshield? I cant find them anywhere and cant believe they didn't come with my fairing or windshield, any help would be appreciated.
I'm riding a 2017 FXDL - this LowRider has the plate on top of the headlight and the lamp itself attaches to the plate. Does the headlamp relocate kit allow for removing that and offer a different mounting solution ? Also - I do not want to relocate my turn signals and does the taller shield push the wind completely over the head ? BTW thank you for the awesome vid -
hey quick question have you rode with the vented vs non vented shield just got mine but buffeting sucks bad!! im wondering if the vented shield will fix it, how much air comes through the vents? does it take away alot from the wind blockage??? p.s. love your vids they have contributed highly to my spending on my fxdls

Did you have issues with the clamps sliding when you try to take the shield off and on the bike? I am afraid to over tighten them and bust something.
