This song is about hitting rock bottom in life. Once hitting zero there's place to go but up, winning. Reminds us as humans we all hit that point and to be optimistic even then that things will get better, because that's all they can do.
I was born in the early 90s I truly believe I was born in the wrong decade lol bands like The Fixx, Depeche Mode, Pet Shop Boys, Bronski Beat & etc live on forever 💯
Rupert is one of the best keyboardist to ever to live on this planet just the way he texturizes the songs and just the perfect sounds in the perfect place I love it!! All five of them still on top of their game for 40 years I mean imagine, being in a band that long never changing your style to fit the latest trend just doing what you do and doing it damn well!!
One of my all time 80s songs. Magnificent band. And I happen to be from the same town as Cy Curnin, Manchester. Which I strangely only just found out lol.
@@rockmusicvideoreviewer896 Never have I ever used my phone to film any concert. It is rude and disrespectful. I didn't pay good money to watch a live performance through a 3 inch screen.
@@michaelnaretto3409 How is it rude and disrespectful? And so instead, your ok for someone else to do it so you can watch the video, lol. And just because you don't want to do it doesn't mean someone else can enjoy doing it.
This is an amazing live band....oh yeah, I never left 1983.

They were so far ahead of every band in the 80's.
They sure was. I loved this song so much back in the 80's and I still do. I'm 52 years old.
Agreed.
Amazing, these guys have played music together most of their lives.....still got the groove!
They still sound good. Hope things go back to normal so they can continue to tour.
Hypnotic, relaxing, with a great message. By all accounts I've read Cy Curnin is a super chill lead singer.

I love this song❤
The original line up since 1979/1980
Great song, definite 80s.
“ Excuse me shut up “
Still got the pepper . A great band never loses its mojo.
Gold!
Not a lot of '80s bands are still active. And Fixx stays with us, which highlights the greatness of this formation
great video!
What a masterpiece

I loved The Fixx in the '80s. A friend told me they were an acquired taste ~ maybe so. But - They still have IT, yes they do! Sing ON!!!

Lovely, 777 views and the beginning of the video.
Put your phone away and enjoy the show!
Personally I’m grateful someone took the time to video this as I’ve almost no chance of seeing them live in the UK !
Making ZERO Sense.
No, instead, put yours away and go see a live show, lol. how Ironic of you to demand people to put their phone away, lol

You can't invert the zero- it's gonna save the human race.
He always used a small coin from his country as a pick, never a real guitar pick. That's why his playing/picking sounds so sharp.
You're thinking Brian May - Jamie West Oram uses a pick.
