Yes! I've been in love with Cold Heart all summer and just looked it up on Wikipedia and now I'm on a Treasure hunt because I only recognized Sacrifice from and noticed a couple lines were missing from listening to the Rocket Man chorus but I found them here. This is fun, one more to go! I LOVE that it's #1 in the U.K. this week.
I didn't get to hear this one as I grew up in the '80s. I heard it on iHeartRadio's Classic American Top 40 channel one night and I had to check out this video after that. This is one of John's catchier songs!
One of my favorite Elton hits ! Also, I love how Godley & Creme always come up with original, surprising ideas for their videos : for example, the juxtaposition of the bubbly romantic rock music with the cheesy biker setting, or the eerie creepy robot Lou Reed robot with the upbeat synth-rock of No Money Down.
I was never able to see this video before becuase every video I tried to see was blocked in my country. Now Ican see it! Finally!!! I absolute adore the way he is dressed here, and the video is so friggen silly. A Harley Davidson wedding... oh my... LOL
A week ago i put on my CD player "too low for zero" which i bought many years ago and listened to it with pleasure for so many years. Anyway for a whole week im listening to this album twice in a day and I still cant get enough!Especially this song!
Is this Elton John's and Bernie Taupin's Magnum Opus? Great story, killer riffs, ear candy chord progressions and amazing vocals. The perfect pop song!
I've watched and listened to: Nikita, Sacrifice, Don't wanna go on with you like that and now Kiss the Bride. Goes without saying- Elton's so versatile and outstanding in his music. Simply the best.
Alot of 70's acts used music videos in the 80's to jump-start their careers. Successful for some, not so for others in the early 80's. David Bowie was like a natural with it. This song was played on album rock stations back then.
I had never heard this song before even though I thought I knew most of Elton's songs. I just googled Cold Heart and found this one was also in the mash up, came to find out which bit.
Too Low For Zero is one of my favorites Elton's albums with great songs: Cold as Christmas, Im Still Standing, Guess Whats They It Call the Blues, Saint, Too Low For Zero, One More Arrow, Crystal and Kiss the Bride.
@@russellcarlton-zn9cy Yeah, maybe the 80s wasn't the best for Elton, yes, he made good-regular albums like Jump Up and 21 at 33 and mediocre albums like Ice On Fire and Leather Jackets, but I think that Too Low For Zero and Sleeping With The Past are two of his best albums not only of the 80s, of all his career, both are masterpieces.
So many comments saying how overlooked, under rated and unpopular this song is/was.... it's always been my favorite of all time Elton John song since I was about 5years old🎵 32 years later and still rocking that hopefully the dancing on my part has got better 😅😂
Father Of The Bride from 1991 made me remember this song when Steve Martin said, "Everything was running smoothly, except for one small detail, I still hadn't kissed the bride." then I wanted to listen to this epic song. *_Paul, Liverpool UK_*
He definitely had more of a ballad type voice in his earlier days, i think his voice suited rock songs from around 2001-2004, when it was darker and more powerful than his early days
0:45 "and this is what i should have said"
2:04 "well i thought it but i kept it hid"
I've noticed that in Cold Heart!
don't freak out...
Heard this on the radio earlier. I hadn't heard it years but what a great song. Very rock and roll for Elton
I usually prefer Elton's ballads, but i think this is the best of his upbeat songs
Well, for me is i'm still standing
And crocodile rock
Check "Whipping Boy" or "Crystal" from the same album
One More Arrow as well
2 low 4 zero. What an album. 40 years on. 😊
This song is getting some new exposure with his duet with Dua LIPA!
With other 3 songs

@@theocapurro4765 Nope, it's three others.
This song is freaking amazing. This man is legendary! ILYSM Elton ❤️
What a pretty and adorable woman ,hello ,my darling ?
@@MrWierchawsky thank u 🥰
Easily Elton John's most underrated song.
couldn't agree more.
Yes
Blessed : "Hold my beer."
One of Elton John's most overlooked songs.
Eltons underrated insanely catchy masterpiece
Always loved this song. It should have been a bigger hit. Heard him do it live in 1984.
i agree, this is probably his most underrated song.
@@bp6329 It's a shame he'll never do it again because it sounded so good live.
Its a perfect pop song, surprised it wasn't a bigger hit.
Elton is such a legend...he is an amazing talent without parellel!
Yes he is,
Two Low For Zero was an excellent album - the '80's were great !!!
Yes it was good pop fun...it didn't get any more 80's!
It's still an underrated album unfortunately
I LOVE CRYSTAL. Why nobody talks more about that song.
It was his last really great album. Every track is a classic
13 year old me jumping around to this song.... Great memories

👍👌

His suit was great! Love your videos! They're my go to when I want to see Elton
The lead-up to the chorus is simply amazing.
Before "Bye Bye Bye" became an *NSYNC catchphrase...
Sir Elton John , simply amazing
Easily the best Hall and Oates song that they never recorded.
Im so glad i randomly came across this today on the radio. What a tune.
Two low for zero was elton best album of the 8O's
love it so much
For someone that hates making music videos Elton looked as though he was enjoying himself on this one. Cry To Heaven is the most outrageous one.
"Don't say I do, say bye bye bye" ❤️❤️❤️
Cool rocker. Remember seeing this on MTV when they actually played music videos. That's my boo Elton ♥️
I thought it was sit by my side

shocked it wasn't a bigger hit.
Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds for me though of course that was a cover.
A great great artist, i love the emotion he puts into all his songs.
I believe He's the NEW king of pop.
Excellent riff from Davey Johnstone, a highly underrated guitarist, IMHO.
Totally underated!
Of all the members of Sir Elton's backing band since 1972, Johnstone was the one who hung around the longest. Bassist Dee Murray died in 1992.
I didn't know Elton was still touring
I'd love to see him in concert with my dad
(After all he raised me on Elton John)
I've watched and listened to: Nikita, Sacrifice, Don't wanna go on with you like that and now Kiss the Bride. Goes without saying- Elton's so versatile and outstanding in his music. Simply the best.
I remember this song when I was 7 years old back in 1983 when going out with my dad in the van, great song, no doubt Elton John has a good voice
Alot of 70's acts used music videos in the 80's to jump-start their careers. Successful for some, not so for others in the early 80's. David Bowie was like a natural with it. This song was played on album rock stations back then.
Cold Heart, his new song with Dua Lipa, brought me here! Forgot about this song until I heard the new song.
He needs to start playing this again live. It is awesome.
I simply LOVE this song!!!
So do I, absolutely fabulous
What a pretty and adorable woman ,hello ,my darling ?

Eureka! I have found it. One of my favorite Elton songs.
One of my best songs as a little boy. Got me rocking and snapping. Great song, great voice; great music.
0:45 this part is in new EJ & Dua Lipa song
Great rock'n'roll tune, funny and witty lyrics, this is surely one of the greatest songs by EJ and BT.
I LOVE YOU ELTON JOHN
This song is pure genius. Great song along.
Elton John would have made a good Prime Minister!
Finally!!! I've been waiting so long for this!!! God bless you Elton! Lots of love!!!!
My favorite EJ song and one of my favorite guitar solos of anyone anywhere!
One of my favorites!

Agreed this i felt was eltons best album consistently brilliant throughout. No fillers.hats off to sir elton bona fide genius.

Dont worry Elton can rock with the best of them!!!

I'm so glad for this upload. Definitely an underrated song by Sir Elton. off of one of my favorite albums by him.
What a pretty and adorable woman ,hello ,my darling ?
At 2:04 there is the really small sample used in Cold Cold Heart :) Nice shot Sir EJ!
Tanks !!!
This song so overlooked only because of ‘the blues’ and ‘still standing’ on the same album
Here because of 'Cold Heart". Awesome to hear him sing those melodies.
Father Of The Bride from 1991 made me remember this song when Steve Martin said, "Everything was running smoothly, except for one small detail, I still hadn't kissed the bride." then I wanted to listen to this epic song. *_Paul, Liverpool UK_*
Ladies and Gentlemen SIr Elton John and all his great songs...

Love that little wave at 3:18
awesome guitar.
Con temas como este Elton John demuestra su versatilidad a gran nivel
i don't see much love for 'crystal', my favourite from 2 low 4 0. I absolutely loved it and Kiss the Bride too.
Crystal is a great song.
Crystal is one of my favorite elton john songs. So underrated.
Another great Bernie Turnip and Elton John song!!!!
I miss the early 80s so much
I wish I could go back 😔😢😢😢
Nigel Olsson At drums what a joy and what a perfect song!!
In all honesty. Elton john was a really good rock and pianist star. He didn't have the greatest voice. But he was a real performer.
He definitely had more of a ballad type voice in his earlier days, i think his voice suited rock songs from around 2001-2004, when it was darker and more powerful than his early days
nah his voice is great
For me Elton > Mercury :)
Ngl elton john is a marketing genius he remixes all his best songs and covers them with one of the most popular singers
Love all his music! Good old reggie
2024 ❤ still jamming to this song ❤
Me!
Well sang Sir Elton John!
Damn, what a helluva song!
Very underrated song.
BEAUTIFUL SONG
This is great, love it.
Cold Heart is a mix, that song have Elton's songs like:
Sacrifice
Rocket man
Kiss the Bride
Where's the Shoorah?
I knew there was a video for Kiss The Bride. Its along time ago when i saw this
This is pretty awesome! I've never seen it before!
This is such a brilliant song, and I love the video
Love this song 😊
Great music
I forgot about this one! I knew there was another song from that comeback album.
Anyone 2024 or 2025?
great production and bass playing
The world of music is dead.
This amazing song must have 156M of views and not 156.000
Actually, the world of music is not dead. There's still great contemporary music out there.
In the 80's I remember a slightly more risque version of this clip, especially during the guitar solo.
Unusual video.
This has to be played in Guardians of the Galaxy III when Star-Lord and Gamora will be married!
sadly it's a new gamora for him
Like Elton did with Renate Blauel!
That would be dope.
rocking good song, great playing , love the bass
What a super great song !!!!!!! Love it very much!!!!!!!!! Thank's a lot Reginald :-).........
Perfect
Sir elton the GOAT.
Forty years ago Elton John told the music world to Kiss The Bride! They did!
I've never seen this video. Not exactly what I would expect from this song.
Guys! My great grandfather is English and his name is regginald! I swear no joke
Captain Fantastic!
Letra divertida e arranjos belíssimos. A "assinatura" da guitarra é viciante!
One of my favorite Elton John songs
Elton i love you ♡♡♡
Best Sir Elton Song!!!
