@@imJGott brent's been living his best life for everyone for the past 40 years lol... his passion for everything car related, and life in general, is contagious; and good people, like Kyle, seem to just gravitate toward him. He has probably been offered corporate jobs in the car industry several times over the years, but he is perfectly content running a modest shop in Colorado. A few years ago, Kyle was just a random broke teenager who needed a little help putting an ebay turbo kit on his Civic; and Brent helped him for prob next to no money, and let him hang out at the shop and learn. I wished i was as passionate about anything as Brent is about cars.
He deserves a big sponsor hope someone hooks him up.

I don't think it's all about fast cars though , he really loves to see others do well , which is very evident by the way he helps fix cars on the Dyno other tuners would not do that at all. Brent is one of the most genuinely nice and humble people I have seen with his level of talent and success.

He been going thru a lot this year.. The loss of his friends, now his brother has cancer. Very tough times for him with highs and lows. Would make the hardest man break. But what makes us all love Brent is that smile and that passion. I truly hope he can continue to live his dreams and be happy with all his friends and family.

What does a slipper clutch do
@@daniesalex7073 it engange at a high rpm, so until then, under heavy power it slips. You can set how hard to engage off the lane by rising the lauch rpm or some weights on the cluch. Cletus explained how it works
Danies Alex it’s basically a delayed clutch. You can let off it and it will slip a little before fully engaging. So when launching, you can just dump the clutch and not have to worry about feathering it. You dial it in to launch as hard as possible without breaking the tires loose.

Been watching this channel since the beginning, you have shown a lot of growth in maturity and humility. Just keep pushing on and look at the hurdles not as failures but opportunity to succeed again. Thanks for the all the videos.
Just some tips from what we've experienced with our race car.
1. Line lock. Instead of having to let the hydro go slowly, just let the button go, way easier.
2. Higher revs. This will keep the engine from bogging down. You want the tires to spin a little too off the line, higher revs will assist with that.
3. Higher tire pressure and a longer burnout. Drag racing tires arent "hot" until the thicker white smoke starts. That's optimal. The higher tire pressure too will assure some (like maybe 2 or 3 rotations) spin off the line. That initial shock is what will keep you from breaking stuff.
4. Suspension geometry. I dont personally know how the mr2s work in way of suspension geometry, but for a traditional rwd car, you need something to keep the rear from moving forward and backwards too much. That's a big cause of wheel hop.
I'm eager to see where this all goes buddy.
