- Detail modeling od model Dornier Do 215 B-4 IN 1/48 scale by ICM.
I was modeling Deutsch two engine reconnaissance bomber Dornier Do 215B-4 by ICM. For detail improvement, I used phototech parts by Eduard and resin accessories by Aires and QuickBoost. Lots of details I made by myself and there you have some tips and tricks on how to upgrade this really nice model. Because of that I could model this model with a really detailed cockpit, open engine Daimler-Benz DB 601, and open bomb bay. In the video, I show you of patina method on the wheels by pigment. This technic I use on other parts of the model.
Really enjoyed your build of the Dornier bomber. I know you do not speak English & this is okay with me because you used English subtitles. Very good! However, it will be easier for us to read the caption if you used contrast against background. Black letters with white background instead of yellow. Thank you! Gary

thanks for putting the swastikas on. the luftwaffe was a nazi organization and the swastika, despite its symbol being synonymous with murder, terror and oppression, was on all luftwaffe aircraft and if you are going to be historically accurate, then the hakenkreuz must be applied to the model; which you have done. Bravo for your courage. BTW, you have created a museum piece model! you are a master modeler...
