Indycar doesnt race there because the high banking and long track would make the speed to high, according to indycar. My question is, why dont they just make an engine that goes slower for that track? They do it in nascar, they should be able to do it for indy.

They already run lower horsepower in the Indianapolis 500 than they do for the road course and street course races
