Hi Jacob - to be fair, the beach in El Centenario is swimmable - but it's pretty shallow with a long tideline, so it can get a bit mucky. Most folks go 5 or 10 minutes away to Dunas de Mogote... However this beach is truly amazing for walking and fitness, and it's very popular with the "calm water" sports folks, like stand up paddleboard, kayaking, etcetera! Unfortunately, no! The developer is committed to building all the houses, and the neighborhood only has those five lots!
