1. Remove back plate
2. Click A button 10 times
3. Click program button when you see maroon light
4. See green light when completed

I’ve done a factory reset and a system reset but still get a red light when I try to pair. Help!

The only other thing I think of is rehanding after resetting to see if that helps.

I just had the same issue, make sure you go to the phones blutooth settings and delete the lock there too

It won’t connect to the WiFi or the Bluetooth please help
