Does the meat and fat taste ok being cold...I would prefer to eat it right after it’s being done cooked especially when most of their meat is boiled in water.
It actually tastes better to me when it's cold. The fat when warm is very oily but when its cold its not. I like to eat the cold meat with hot milk tea.
Patrick Leahy Yes! These are bones of sheeps & goats! It's traditional game which their kids playing in every lunar new year.. Game name is "ALAG MELHII" if it like translated: "Checkered Frog" kind of..

They do, in summer. Also, if they live in UB, they can eat vegetables at restaurants all year round since vegetables can be grown indoors in restaurants, under growlights, during the harsh winter.
Tibetan style too but not snipping and kissing we do bowing ritual for three time due to extreme cold only meat can make the survival to create body heat👍
Yeah, Kazakh people has Islamic religion. But their religious tradition influenced by their life style, which is nomad. So, a bit different than other Islamic countries.
Ул боов or Ул боорцог (Ul boov) usually made domestically by the housewives, most of time in urban areas pastry companies and grocery shops will just sell them.

@Hello World It's called Chinese new year everywhere. It's based on the Chinese farming calendar. Why would nomads use an agricultural calendar. Did Mongols invent Lunar New Year too?
Actually we use different calendar. It used be on same date since Kublai khan but since 1921 when we got our independent we started using different calendar
