Tip: if you wanna be more consistent with your free throws, have a routine. Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, and Steve Nash along with many other great free throw shooters have consistent routines. They do the same thing everytime and get a feel before they release the ball. Don’t just chuck it up there off the catch, look at the ball, the rim, spin the ball maybe. But have a routine. More importantly, practice form shots to get your actual shooting form and consistency, then move further away.
