one thing that has helped me get off my phone is putting it in greyscale. you just go to accessibility and then color filter. It's annoying at first, but it really helps cut down screen time. Another thing is physically turning it off at night an hour before bed and not turning it back on for the first hour or so of being awake in the morning. I've been super addicted to my phone for years, and this year my resolution was to cut down to about an hour a day. I'm not quite there, but these things have really helped me.

The videos may seem to a lot of people just a goofy guy doing fun and silly things, but holy crap are you a genius. This is the most cleverly designed video I've seen in a while.
