It will not let you relax. By chance If you have a good HMDA plot, taking a mortgage loan and investing in Senior Citizen FD and Index Mutual Funds 60:40 will fetch you 40-50 Lacs more than what you pay for the loan in 12 Years. Simultaneously the plot rate also increases and loan acts as additional security for the plot as well.
