Luke uses a punch heavy fighting style so the designers gave him big forearms to reflect that

@@phengmoua2389 I just have a basic knowledge on the matter but I do know that once you use it effectively, it must be reapplied. But damn does it hurt. Fight these characters on lvl 8 and you’ll see.

​@@phengmoua2389the buff does not stack and is used when using the whole lot of slaps, it provides a damage buff and does an extra hit that bounces the opponent to let it be a combo extender instead of a combo finisher

@@phengmoua2389 it doesn’t stack, but it makes hands plus enough on hit that you can continue comboing after them. Also makes his sumo clap anti fireball tool special cancelable into clap. So it becomes an easier way to hit confirm into the hands. (Not that they’re hard to confirm to begin with, they’re good on block regardless)
