Crock-Pot Express Crock Chipotle Barbacoa

This spicy chipotle barbacoa meat is flavored with chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and seasonings and then cooked on pressure cooker mode in the Crock Express. This meat is so tender and so close to a favorite restaurant chain that we eat at regularly! Put it on a bed of lettuce, a burrito bowl with rice and black beans or use it to make burritos or tacos! Cut down on the amount of peppers and sauce if you don't want it spicy.
