This is so good...the moth imagery fits Jon so well, Elias as Jon's god and tormenter, Gertrude as his distant father, who's footsteps he follows without ever having known her...the religious imagery befitting jobs deification and role in the new world, the shot of the entity marks, everything about this is so good and fitting

But also I was expecting [EXTENDED SOUNDS OF BRUTAL PIPE MURDER] to be the "god devoured father" moment and yet it fits better with Gertrude!
Oh you most certainly should check it out (if you haven't yet) just a heads up it may ruin other podcasts for you because of how well made it is. It does take a while for the plot to really get on but you can't have a good harvest if you don't plant the seeds
