I love watching the Professor's lectures because he always has the facts and receipts to back up all the knowledge he's imparting to us viewers. He also is able to make his observations humorous enough to keep people engaged and make folks laugh at the same time. Moving on to the Janet concert, I saw it here in Brooklyn and I LOVED the flow and how she kept the energy going and ended with a bang. Don't have favorite part (just too hard) but I do remember being overly excited when she did Scream and Michael came on the screen. But my interesting Janet story does take place during that 2018 Global Citizens concert you reference. I wanted to see Janet sooo bad but I hadn't purchased a ticket cause I'd just come from vacation and my funds would not accommodate another purchase. So on concert day I made my way to Central Park anyway and as soon as I got there I saw everyone rushing out and cops rushing in. I thought a shooting or something but I kept going. At that point no one I asked really knew what had happened. I got to the entrance and noticed the fence to the right of the turnstile had been trampled so I casually walked that way. Half way towards the fence I hear a cop go " MOVE OFF THE LAWN!" I turn to see people behind me. Assuming the cop was talking to them I sped up and got cross and am now in. Once in I immediately run into former coworker who's now a cop. He saw none of what just happen and I used my short catch up with him as a a cover. We parted ways and I made my way to the stage where I saw that there was still a sizable crowd there. Needlessly to say I stayed and got to see my Janet for free that night. Albeit I was nervous as hell and probably wouldn't do that again, I was so pleased that I took that risk and It paid off. It was also cool to see Naomi Campbell introduce her also.

Moving on to the Janet concert, I saw it here in Brooklyn and I LOVED the flow and how she kept the energy going and ended with a bang. Don't have favorite part (just too hard) but I do remember being overly excited when she did Scream and Michael came on the screen. But my interesting Janet story does take place during that 2018 Global Citizens concert you reference. I wanted to see Janet sooo bad but I hadn't purchased a ticket cause I'd just come from vacation and my funds would not accommodate another purchase. So on concert day I made my way to Central Park anyway and as soon as I got there I saw everyone rushing out and cops rushing in. I thought a shooting or something but I kept going. At that point no one I asked really knew what had happened. I got to the entrance and noticed the fence to the right of the turnstile had been trampled so I casually walked that way. Half way towards the fence I hear a cop go " MOVE OFF THE LAWN!" I turn to see people behind me. Assuming the cop was talking to them I sped up and got cross and am now in. Once in I immediately run into former coworker who's now a cop. He saw none of what just happen and I used my short catch up with him as a a cover. We parted ways and I made my way to the stage where I saw that there was still a sizable crowd there. Needlessly to say I stayed and got to see my Janet for free that night. Albeit I was nervous as hell and probably wouldn't do that again, I was so pleased that I took that risk and It paid off. It was also cool to see Naomi Campbell introduce her also.

The networks are wrong. The mass exodus began before the pandemic. I know so many people that haven’t had cable for a very long time. The only news I watch on tv is local news at 6:00. The rest of my news comes from other places than large corporations saying what they think I want to hear. I’ve now subscribed here too as I like your rational commentary.
