Morning Stewart. Yep I'm familiar with that 😂. Thank god for the private chiropractor that I see at short notice. Your Triumph is coming along nicely sir. Feel better soon and enjoyable trouble free cruising 👍😊.
Hope you feel better soon mate , great discount you are getting from Motone , those micro indicators are mega loved them from when you fitted them before , chain guard looks great , the bobber just keeps getting better and better 👍
l changed the oil and filter last week, made lots of age related aches and pains sounds, not to mention the odd expletive.... ...l need a Bike lift!...The Bike lives outside under a Pram type Cover...To own a garage with a Bike lift, so working at waist height, or even seated were possible..... Bliss...!!. l understand your comment about having to buy special tools. l changed fork oil seals a few months ago..( one side was leaking).. l had to buy a fork spring compressor, also a front paddock stand.. the type that have a pinion under the lower fork yoke pivot.... this does make other jobs easier, like removal of wheel and maintenance of brakes etc! This is how l justify the cost...!!
Everything you do is done with such care, and the appreciation you have for the subtle aesthetic improvements is moving. It all makes me realize over and over what a dirtbag I am.
Hi Stuart, I sympathise fully with your back problem. I get the occasional flare up with my back which normally responds to heavy duty anti inflammatory tablets within a few days. As for the wheel spindle, I had to buy a hex key tool from Halfords ( covers 4 different sizes ) for my Suzuki. Luckily, it is not an expensive tool which I think you will appreciate. 😉 Hope you have a speedy recovery.
Get well soon Stuart... I fully sympathise, backs can be fragile... I have collapsed disc in my lower back and to be frank, the Bobber's rear shock was a shocker... ( sic) replaced with a much better Hagon unit... heat pads work wonders... take it easy dear chap...👍😎
Building custom bikes in the old days would be done often by many working class bikers and often it was old bikes like Yamaha XS650, Honda 4 cylinder and crashed bikes and chops and streetfighters would be built from using bits by adapting , fabricating and welding, fabricating and cutting up stuff. Now it seems to be done by rich and more well off car drivers that want to pose on a Sunday.
I hope that whatever remedial action you take is beneficial, Stuart... Most of us of a certain vintage start making those noises; having damaged my back in the military in 1962, I've got it down to a fine art!
Stuart, sorry to trouble you but have heard any rumours concerning Motone as I bought a helmet lock for my t120 but its missing the lock and key , they don't answer the phone or messages. Hoping there still going. Any help would be great. Thanks. Neville Davies
Hi Uncle Stu cant help thinking the bobber dont look that comfortable, but I know looks can be deceiptive, and I,v never been any Truimphs I,m a kawasaki kind of guy 😇get well soon
I can't help but smile when I think how much the Triumph Bobber resembles my custom 1965Triumph TR-6 that I have had for over 50 years.

Sounds like you could use a front lift as well.) Damn plague going around, feel better!
“It’s a Triumph.” So true but like any mistress we put up with it. 😂
What spray paint do you use stu?

Looking very sharp! Quick recovery sir!
Oh boy, back problems. My back even decides when I ride. Bobber's looking good.
How are you going to mount the reg plate Stu? Wishing you a speedy recovery!
Wait and see
Brilliant video as always Stuart and I love the names Motone give to their parts, and the look awesome 😃👍🏻
Morning Stu'. With Triumphs it is always straightforward. Simply sell it and buy a propper, ready made bike. Any 650 Royal Enfield will do.😊

I misread CUTLASS on the thumbnail photo. 😮

Bobber Project is looking fantastic Uncle Stu.Motone have top quality products.
The thing about adding accessories, when you sell it….you likely won’t get your money back on accessories, unless he’s just like you.
If you buy a bike as a financial investment you are buying it for the wrong reasons.
People say the gearbox will explode
That is a very real possibility!
Blimey! It isn't an RE 350. Nick J
Little girl sounds? I didn't once hear "oh my God", "she said on facebook" or "Nathan's proper lush" at all.
Nice job but not for me that one.
