Lol I love the constant sarcasm in this video. On a serious note though, boys, please don't get discouraged by these kinds of accounts/videos. I know what it's like to feel down about yourself because of instagrams constant exploitation of beauty standards, but I think we all need a reminder that not everyone is into hyper conventionally attractive people. They're aesthetically nice to look at, but there's a big difference between that and actual romantic attraction. Just know that you are handsome the way you are. Take good care of yourself (eating healthy, showering, brushing your teeth, practicing good mental health) and you'll be okay! And even if you can't do those things, there will be a time when you can

i love that you always talk about adults playing teenagers on tv shows. it's my pet peeve. i don't get how other people can even tolerate it.
because actual teenagers should be in school. Adults not only tend to be better actors due to experience, but also have more time in their schedule. Read stories about teen and children actors... it can get pretty sad.
Brooklyn Benik i’m talking about 22-28 year olds playing 15-16 year olds and then framing them on camera like adults, re: riverdale having their 22 year old actresses dress in lingerie and be sexy even though they’re playing 16 year olds. i get that the child actor situation is complicated but there’s a right way to do it... for instance elena in one day at a time who i believe was 19-20 playing a 15 year old and also was dressed, framed, and had dialogue that treated her character like a 15 year old. shows that sexualize their teen characters and then go “but it’s fine that they’re sexy because the actor is 25” is so gross, makes kids think they should look or act like that and creates so many issues.
Talix I agree that they’re definitely over sexualized, which is weird because the audience of these shows, like Riverdale, are heavily targeted at middle schoolers. I was addressing the part of what you said where it’s your pet peeve when adults play high schoolers because it can be pulled off well.
