Surrey Reserve featuring Brit & Rey - Do Not Disturb a Feisty & Sleeping Chick - 5-10-24

Brit came to the nest to relieve Rey when she looked in on her chick. SR9 was sleeping very soundly and Brit pokes at SR9 to awaken him/her. Took a few tries but SR9 finally pops up. Then as Brit is preparing to provide a meal to her chick, SR9 gives her a couple of bonks along with pulling at Brit's feathers. Then the meal went on uninterrupted by more of SR9's antics. What a feisty and independent chick.
