Barcelona and Real Madrid will always be a top professional players choice over any top English side because of the history of the club and lifestyle of the city. Barcelona and Madrid is so much more beautiful than any city in England.
I’m sorry to disappoint people in England but Spain is way more attractive than England hence why top players still go there, the only with with the premier league is that they have more money that is it. Spain always trumps England when it comes to European cup finals.
Spain is so much more nicer than grumpy England. If the Spanish League had the same level of money, they would all go and live and play in Spain so the English need to stop begging and claiming that the Premier League and England is better.
Spain is a beautiful country it’s much better than England and if la liga had the same level of finances as England majority of players would go to Spain because of the lifestyle compared to miserable and wet England so you can spin it as much as you want that’s just facts. @@Enigmatized13 That is It is not always the case that having the best players will win you the CL. The Premier league teams have the financial power to buy and assemble bigger and stronger squads, so you could say it is easier for them to challenge and win the CL. Because they are the biggest, the most prestigious, and most glamorous clubs in the world. Rafinha would rather earn less and play for a financially troubled Barcelona than earn more playing for Chelsea. When I say ''farmers league'' I mean that the La Liga is only a two-horse race between Barca and Real, and maybe once in a while, Atletico might win or challenge the big two. La Liga is not a very competitive league like the Premier League, and yet they still manage to win 19 CL.

So when Nottingham Forest won the CL twice in a row after having just been promoted 2 years earlier, you think that other leagues in Europe can match that?
The problem with this debate is football is cyclical. We had the dominant league in the 70s/80s based on CL trophies won. Then it went to Italy, then to Spain, now looks like it is starting to swing to the Prem.
But we literally can't confirm the future mate. This is a silly debate. Our league is the best league because of it's comeptitive nature.
I live in Spain and watch La Liga and whilst I appreciate both Madrid and Barca, the rest of the league is ridiculously poor. It's possible to have the two best teams in football but not have the best league in the world.

The only attraction with Barcelona and Real Madrid, is the sheer fact that 'most' seasons, the league is decided by either one of them. They have a fantastic history, and are extremely strong in the Champions League. But the cherry on the cake, isn't so much the football, but the lifestyle and the weather that Spain has to offer; which the likes of Manchester City, Chelsea (and at one time, Manchester United) can't!

In terms of different winners, the Prem has 4 different winners to Spains 3 in the last 10 years and the Prem has 2 to Spains 3 in the last 5 years.
