She need more recognition in India she is a gem 💪more power to her and thank you for the knowledge always learning
I've been doing these for a couple weeks now for rehab and i can tell a difference already
She is already an inspiration for millions here in india. thank you mirabai...
Upside down kettlebells, gotta try this, looks terrific for stabilization.
Bottom up is a wonderful mod to kettlebell exercises. Great for grip strength too.
Hello, I've been watching your content for a few months now. I am also a PT, and I found you when looking for treatment ideas for a weightlifting patient of mine. I really appreciate your perspective and keen observation skills! Thank you for sharing.
Love your shorts! Straight foward and to the point! Keep it up! Great content!
Technically/Specifically, the windmill variation shown is a 'low windmill' or 'kneeling windmill'. The 'usual' KB windmill is a different exercise, done upright or in standing position.
The KB arm bar is also a great exercise for the purposes mentioned in this video.
Thanks, you seem to know a lot. I thought it was like a bent press or maybe French press. About to drive somewhere so I didn't google first
@@efisgpr Thanks!
I'm not an expert, rather, maybe an intermediate in my KB journey/development...but I do know enough about this...and enough to know when to get/seek help from my betters... :-)
The bent press is a different beast, although it looks quite similar to a standing/upright windmill.
It's a very technical exercise with, arguably, lesser 'real world' benefits, and is, perhaps, a bit more difficult to teach/learn(?). Which is why most coaches either don't teach it, or teach it quite later in a person's KB journey/development...
Personally, I think it's a great exercise, but it *is* more technical & has a higher potential of injury if done wrong...
The upside down kettlebell press is one of the best shoulder stability exercises that I've done.
I used to have pain in left shoulder after exercising but since i've starting doing the upside down kettlebell press.
The pain is completely gone😮
I didn't realise how difficult Kettlebell presses are until I tried them, I can easily lift dumbells almost double the weight but kettlebell wiggle like anything.
i wish i could save this
I would love to see a short on dips! I keep feeling pain in my lateral delts and it feels unstable. Love your stuff!
love bottoms up presses since I heard about them on the Mind Pump show
Need to do this 👍
Thank you for info She is 🇮🇳 champ.
Oh heck yeah some good exercises to try!
Mirabai making us proud ❤🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Thanks
Wow that press looks very cool and strong
Wow, can you please do a breakdown of hip/shoulder routines we can do that won't impact gym sessions if we lift heavy (5x5)? Your content is amazing I'm learning a lot. Just did your "best squat routine" this morning and had much better form plus no pain in my groin area. 👍
Hi! Can you recommend an NYC PT? Random question but you seem really awesome and my mom tore her meniscus and needs a proper PT ( like yourself, but in nyc). Your vids are awesome and I appreciate them!
Comrade.🤣🤣🤣Pavel would be proud. I love the full Turkish get up and a true windmill on two feet. I also like the windmill press or whatever its called.
Lioness of india.
I got to try that windmill
At 247 lbs and doing these.... still get the 175s "What are you trying to build??" Like bro...just keep doing your own shit....
I'd love to buy a training course with this trainings, but for the whole body
Love
If you don’t have kettlebells try doing bear crawls, nice and slow without allowing rotation. My shoulders are garbage and these have been lighting up the muscle without taxing my joint.
Hey, how should i incorporate this into a general push pull powerbuilding routine? like just do a couple of these for warmups? or after the workout? (should do these on a push day i assume)
👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
hello there i doubt that you'll see this comment but i have some level of shoulder problem specifically doing dumbbell shoulder press where the elbow joint of my right shoulder always have a pop sound or a clicking sound every time shoulder dumbbell press not to mention even if i use light weights like 20 lbs. it still does that same clicking/popping sound in the joint and has been for about 3 years.
👍👍
I see too much shit to incorporate
What do you think of rings workouts? Do they provide the stability demand în order to build healthy shoulders?
She is probably your best student
i dig
What are your thoughts on the turkish getup ?
Ive been doing a kettlebell press with my arm out, like in a regular seated dumbbell press, I feel like that position is way more unstable
My circuit coach sometimes makes us do kettlebell windmills. Hell, I can't do on my right side. That shoulder can't rotate properly (
What weight kettlebell for somewhat beginner female?????
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Does this work for bench press? I don’t necessarily have press strength or pain issues, but my dumbell press on my right side just feels wobbly
How can this be matriculated into a strength program?
0:51
i dont have acess to kettlebell , can i use normal dumbels?
hey, whenever you talk about bulgarian split squats you say to put 90% of your bodyweight on your front leg, but I feel like that's extremely difficult, you'd have to use a very wide step and lean forard a lot. I think it's more like 75% of the weight on yoiur front leg and 25% on the back leg
I need help, I dislocated my shoulder for the second time and Im afraid to get back to the basketball court 🥺
What song is that at the beginning? 🤔
Praise by ye
How much weight?
Her back alright?
How many kgs is the ketbell, please?

@@Tom-vu1wr thank you very much!
*women's world record
Guess I could easily break a world record if I decide I’m a woman.
Doubt you can lift half of that weight keyboard warrior
you have to be that similar body weight tho
Seems a lil sus that a foreign Olympian is seeking treatment and training in a different country
Please elaborate, doesn’t make sense
