HF now offers sort of an upgraded version (basically identical except knobs are black now), Bauer 20105E-B in a black and red box and still low cost, especially on sale. These are really well made and powerful robust bargains (Gems for sure).

Pretty śure this is HFs base model angle grinder with a belt sander attachment. That would explain the side threads, yet no included handle, and especially the top button which is actually a spindle lock for when it is used as an angle grinder. Nice vid!
