Best fix is to disconnect the internet. Smart TV ‘s get confused….. needs to be re-booted. Disconnecting the internet router box for 10-15 seconds…. Rather long enough to plug TV back in; turn it back on. Voila fixed. Then plug the internet box back in. You’ll have to put in the internet password back into TV Media … Netflix, You Tube etc. The recommendations in this video did nothing to fix it. Oh I think the TV was on when I disconnected internet. Anyway the broken connection with the internet is what rebooted the TV to start working normally without doing a factory reset. Amen.

Nothing seemed to work for me, went 2 days with the tv being unusable, seems like it had something to do with the temperature when it got too hot it stopped working cooling the tv down made it work again
