  • A short video on how to use a stencil to spray paint your surface. Things I cover:
    - Mask the edges
    - Tip on spray adhesive on the back of stencil to avoid bleeding
    - Adhesive stencil tip
    - Example spray painting a smaller logo on a vertical surface, and a larger stencil on the ground
In this video, I show painting on two materials:
    1. A 10mil logo stencil, great for logos, designs with details and for almost any application
    2. A 20mil logo stencil, great for large details, large font, or large art elements, spray painting on parking lots or large objects

Thanks so much for the tip, Josiah! The problem I've always had was the bleeding, but now that you've said to use that spray adhesive on the back I'm sure I'll be good to go! Thanks again and Happy Easter!

Actual LazerDesigns customer here. Thanks for making this. I wished I'd seen this before my first attempt but it's sure going to help for the second one. Fortunately your stencils are strong enough that I can probably re-use them 100x or more. I wouldn't use that spray adhesive idea on a regular paper stencil but on these I'd feel okay doing that. Thanks for the vid and advice.

1812 Overture? Makes it look easy...one might use 2 or 3 light coats too to ensure no bleeding

Question, why didn’t you make your video from point a to point Z from beginning to end from Applying the stencil spray attaching the stencil taping it up and then paint spraying it, that’s what people come in here to do those that do not know how to do any of this.

Because they are incredibly lazy. I was annoyed. They didn't even say what adhesive and if it leaves a residue.

Can you reuse a stencil with spray adhesive and keep applying spray adhesive for each application?
