Damn, what a great channel, congrats man! I was curious, how do you come up with "solutions" to sound design "problems"? What I mean is, how do you know what plugin should be next in that long FX chain to achieve a certain result? Is it just a lot of experimentation? Also, how much would you say you use your own material (foley/synth sounds) compared to SFX libraries when working professionally? Thanks a lot!
Depends how much time I have, how many features I have to support, and how unique the design is I’m trying to achieve. Fun to do stuff from scratch, but not always practical. All that matters is what comes out of the speakers at the end of the day
@@noahsitrin9823 Do you see using libraries as "cheating"? I have a very bad case of imposter syndrome and as much as I love using libraries, it kinda fills me with existential dread of "not being a ""real"" sound designer" (whatever that means) and that I should be doing everything from scratch to prove myself (sorry for the vent, lol).
yup! if you own uhbik then your license will work for the beta. Seems like they've been working on it for a while www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=534516

Great as always.
Great video!
Noah I feel like you own a trench coat which is loaded up with plugin licenses and you lurk in alleyways at night trying to sell them to people
Why does your Uhbik-F look like that? Is it a new beta release or something?
