The tasting menu was £165 per person (not including wine)- do you think it was worth it?!

Gordon doesn't mess around. It makes me hungry just looking at the menu for that place. The prices are pretty reasonable when you consider the quality of the food being delivered.
Gordon always said we need to appreciate every ingredients provided for you and turn it into the best dish you could made. It makes people money worth on spending. I respect him for his work etiquette and high qualith control on food.
I wonder if Gordon made the entire menu or did he have people do it for him and he approved/rejected recommendations.
Very good question! I'm guessing it would be another chef and he would just have to approve it?
If he has over 50 restaurants he can't be everywhere.
I couldn't eat there if I had to pay for it .
And with all my special food needs I also couldn't eat most of this anyway.
That seems like so much alcohol though.

Yes,he did/ does : He gives his name - aproves of the qualification of the chefs- and collects the fame and MONEY!!!( Iwonder how much - or little- the chef and staff earns at " his" restaurants🫣

I don't know who created the recipes.
And although he makes an indecent amount of money, I'm sure the chefs are well payed.
