You are so lucky to have doctors that you can easily see and have tests done. I’ve got a temporary doctor from the hospital. I left a message for them to make an appointment and haven’t heard back after 2 days. I have lymphocytic colitis diagnosed from a biopsy I had after going to emergency (6 months after) I have to wait months to speak to a gastroenterologist. I was able to ask him questions quickly over the phone. I didn’t ask him about something I’m concerned about and don’t think I can get another chance anytime soon. I think I have bile malabsorption just a guess but I have low iron even after an infusion. This all came on for me after taking ibuprofen due to a very painful anal fissure. I also can see an avacado shape on my left abdomen. Something swelling? Like you I’m doing my own research. It is scary when you can’t get tests or see a doctor easily. I hope everything goes well with your health and that your liver concerns can be diagnosed soon and taken care of.
