After a long break, I'm back with an update on my MC flare and what's happened since my last video. In short, I am thankfully out of the worst of my flare, but still without any clear answers as to what caused it and if there are any other things going on for me, specifically what's going on with my enzymes.

But the confusing news is that a test suggested I have pancreatic insufficiency(?!), so I'm trying to make sense of THAT now. As a reminder, this is not medical advice. I'm a lady talking to a phone. So the universe seems to keep reminding me that I don't have control over my life, yet despite so many "opportunities" I still hold onto my control distortion! Case in point: I threw out my back on Sunday and I seem to keep pivoting my attention back to what I want to change, not acceptance of what is. Letting go of control among all of these health issues = really, really hard.
