Same thing was on stream's chat. All this shouting about gameplay is a bit annoying. Just a few years ago, people waited for it without constantly complaining. For instance, for "Witcher 3" both trailers ("Killing Monsters" and "Night to Remember") haven't had any gameplay. They were there to set the mood. To let players learn more about game setting and story. Proper gameplay was shown later. Now people can't wait even a few months for it... Everything needs to be shown at once... 🙄
@@nickcain8322 Gameplay is important, but not always matters most. In "Legacy of Kain" series, the story is the most important element. Same thing with games like "Detroit: Become Human". Gameplay plays second fiddle there.

The idea that you have an open world but only 30 (I believe) in game days to come to your conclusion is very interesting. Is this going to lead to following games needing previous saves to continue "your" story mass effect style? I think the game will be much smaller than Witcher fans have in mind, but could still be very interesting. It sounds more like a planned indie trilogy than a AAA epic to me but now we have UE5 what is indie?
I'm already kind of skeptical about the concept. The idea of a open world RPG where you craft your own story sounds great, it just never has been done well I guess. Normally you need the game to be super linear to tell an epic and memorable story. It needs to be an emotional rollercoaster with decent pacing, and that's impossible to have if the player can do whatever he wants in any order and at any pace he wants. To me it would make sense if it was like Detroit: Become Human were you have different possible scenarios / locations and different branching that can change how each chapter plays out but there's still a linear story unfolding. So you always end up at the same spots in the story but via different routes or different povs. It makes less sense if it's truly open world imo. But I'm just saying this because they plan to do multiple entries, like a big saga they say. And that kind of implies a coherent story which isn't what you get if the game is open world and the story is open ended.
I do love how Joe has to Specify Mexican Coke, when in the rest of the world its just called Coke lmao im 98% sure the USA is the only place that uses High Fructose corn syrup in place of just normal Sugar which is why the Mexican Coke tastes better than US coke, it uses Real sugar, my US friends say the same thing about our Coke here in Australia , that it tastes like Mexican Coke and we give them the Weirdest looks because its just regular old coke to us.

I hope the game is not just a buildup up for the sequels, because they mentioned future games a lot which makes me think that the first game will just give us lore and atmosphere with less active story.
This game and Exodus have so much potential. I hope they are good.
it definitely feels like it could be a Witcher DLC - but I don't think that's a bad thing.
Joe, you are absolutely the very, VERY last person to mention and make fun of someone saying 'glique' instead of 'clique' since you can't say even a single name right in your entire goddamn life.
Indeed. He still pronounces Sony as Sawny and Aloy from HZD as Alloy.
Dude, you're constantly whining at Angry Joe like a grumpy grandma)) Chill out.
Who stole your cereal 😂
@@gamzillio So, the only ones that get to whine and complain are them?
Very Murican of you.
Also, kind of weird you somehow feel obligated an called to jump to their defense, but sure thing.
I'm so sorry that pointing out Joe's hypocrisy on this somehow hurts you feefees this much. Really must have quite the eventful life going on there...
@ Who stole your brain?
The orchestra in the beginning reminded me alil of OJ saving your life from Ride to Hell's Retribution 😂
I will never judge developers creating Hype for their games i just hate over promising or just lies
Everytime Joe says “Dawnwalker” I think of an older Latino male drinking a fine Cerveza in a vibrant cantina.
This looks good. I hope gameplay is up to par.
More hyped for this than witcher 4.
7:22 The window behind the soldier.... Such a good detail.
The bald dude sounds like Darth Malgus! I hope he's just as awesome! :D
When the building shot was being shown before the violins come I was like "Graphics need work" 🤣1:30
I'm throw off by what the developers said about "not wanting the main character to be overpowered" which to me means limited creativity and inspiration yet they will give you boring stealth missions, it's a vampire game. Not metal gear solid. We need a true vampire game vampyr 2.
Well, looks like they’re having fun making it. Kind of wished we had more gameplay to look at.
I wish Joe would shut up about gameplay, this game is likely a year away at least, this is just introduction/teaser.
Ikr? It said gameplay summer 2025 at the end of the trailer yet he wouldn't shut up about it not being there lol
I disagree. Gameplay is what matters the most. Idc how good your story or premise is, if it plays
Ike redfall, it’s DOA
@@nickcain8322 Gameplay is important, but not always matters most.
In "Legacy of Kain" series, the story is the most important element. Same thing with games like "Detroit: Become Human". Gameplay plays second fiddle there.
@ read a book brother. I’m here to play video games
Warhorse also said they will do an entire saga, during their kickstarter.
Take my wallet my car keys and pet goat
Guessing it now…..similar to shadow of modor combat with a morality system like fable. I’ll be back for this post in the summer when gameplay comes out
This reminds me when i was playing Elder Scrolls : Oblivion.Somehow i turned into a vampire and could play with pros and cons of it.Dawnwalker will probably gave some similiar aspects
Witcher 3 blood & wine
Speaking of Witcher. The narrative director looks like Joe with Geralt's hair
Games have sucked so bad since Witcher 3 and red dead redemption
That I bought a pc and put ps5 in my closet
I’ve read books and I’m writing some soon I
It’s just everything is great graphics but lack story and character development substance and uniqueness
I love how he’s just playing Marvel Rivals in the the background
Yeah
Yea he's a big nerd
There are 2 things i absolutely love. Wukong and Vampires. Im so excited for a good vampire game. Bloodlines 2 I was so hype for until they showed the last bit of footage and the direction they were going with it and now im probably not going to get it
Been a minute since we've had a well made vampire game, so Im for this, I hope it succeeds!
Joe, it's not Piotr composing it says at 1:54 it is the guy who did Witcher 3, that's not his x acc, thats the guy who did Cyberpunk 2077s OST
Main vampire sounds like the dude from Diablo 4
Remember when they revealed AC2 like this? A bunch of hooded devs in a cult like setting talking about being templars? I love shit like this!
I wouldn't call Redfall a vampire game as you were killing vampires, not playing as one of them.
Also the constant mention of their previous successful game, usually does not end well. Eg. Dead Space -> The Callisto Protocol
Muh name is Donewalker. And I'm done walking.
