You will always fondly remember the process of your new home for your family. It's very special when you select the land, the plans, the setting of it on your lot, where your views, bedrooms, etc are. Even my 87 yr old Mom enjoys to watch your videos. I own my own equipment, and I specialize in hard tight access. If you ever need professional advice let me know. If you plan to build your house following western standards I would be happy to help and give you tips. Right after your geodetic engineer established the boundary of your lot; next thing to do is built a perimeter fence. Digging up for water; deep well (electric water pump) is ideal for the location of your lot.

Is there a creek below the cliff? You can do a lot with that, Finn. Make some natural pools and stuff. Though building the stairs down that cliff would be difficult. Maybe negotiate a lower price for the cliff part?

Kulas is already changing his newly built bamboos and amakan from last year already. Its a never ending renovations and changes and that’s only the beginning. Wait ‘till the electric appliances, cars in garage without roof starts to show rusts… Kulas loves the beach. He must know the cons and is prepared to do these things
