Tack and Gybe drone footage learning to Kitefoil race

1 year on since learning to foil, getting most of my tacks and gybes but need to work on upwind speed and manoeuvre speed.
Any tips or advice welcome!

You rock! Beautiful spot too! But tacking footage is not good, tell to the drone operator that he has to put you and the kite on the frame!!!!!!

Im starting to get into Foiling tried the other day but was too shallow. When we kite on a TT we don't bend over at waist, why in foiling do I see a lot of racers not bring shoulders back.
