i think enfp's are one of the most personalities that not afraid to being themself & not afraid to being extra. they always proud themselves the way they are and not trying to change for anything or anyone but themselves. and this is the reason that most people like them even they do nothing... also one more thing that i love about enfp's they have whole diffrent world in their heads and they have no limits for anything
I find it slightly inaccurate. ENFPs are really emotional and very anxious. We are scared of not being kind/good enough so we don't mind living a lie. Our standards are too high so it can get pretty depressing for us. We often feel like we aren't understood and people don't love us the same way we do. But most of our problems really just come from our own head. We have a tons of ideas but we don't know how to convey them properly with words. We can be pretty self-loathing but we still don't change ourselves. If there is no one to hear us or tell us how they feel, we just feel like sh*t. The rest is pretty accurate, though. We are bubbly and caring and excited about most of things but we aren't just sparkles. We're like the most depressed bisounours.
Oh, we're really afraid to do it. That's why sometimes we go ahead and retrieve ourselves from people that we know it's going to judge, even tho, we learn to be ourselves giving 0 fucked what anyone says.

I became a lot more extrovert as I grew up. It's like I understood how seriously people take life and asked why? Why should life be so serious all the time?
