Thanks for the reply you have suggested to me. One more thing I wish to ask you what is supply voltage fed to operate voltmeter after 150 ohm resistor. In my case after making circuit and using 12-0-12 V transformer output voltage after rectification is 36v.
In volt meter already 5v regulator installed, and secone ans is that u used resistor for as saftey of volt meter you use also 180 ohm resistor

Crappiest way to solder I've ever seen. "A good mechanical connection is necessary" before solder is applied to the joint.
