Can someone tell me what kind of flute he is playing? It doesn't seem to be the tin whistle type. Looks like it has no mouthpiece, he seems to be blowing it directly into it. Thanks so much in advance...!

Is that a Dixon Whistle - Is it a low d looks about 18 or 20 mm diameter, must be a low d or possibly a B ?? Nice responsive whistle, wonder if it has a wooden fipple ?
