I went to one of his wrestling camps in buffalo NY he was really nice and a cool dude I beat him in a spike ball game. He said his misted asked question was do you play fortnite. There was six full mats. The hardest part was the warm up it was insane we had to run a lot. I had a team x t shirt with his signature and I got a picture with him I wore that shirt to every tournament I went to. He is a great person

@@darthjaner8975 right that's what I mean he was the best of the best as far as College wrestlers go because of his achievements. and for that reason I would likely see a good future for him in furthering his wrestling career...
It was easy to see. The only reason TAylor and Dake had not risen up years ago was because they had an olympic champ in their weight. It is ridiculous that burroughs, dake and taylor were all the same weight. Still dake and burroughs the same weight , absolutely stacked USA roster.

Huge congratulations to Kyle on the world championship. I knew that if he broke through at the trials and got over that mental burden and then got some mat time against elite competition, he had a real shot. And he did it.

Man I stopped watching wrestling and football after highschool it made me depressed not being in it anymore but man I love this guy dake makes you proud of your country!
The ridiculous thing is that we've got Dake, Taylor, and Cox all concentrated around the same weight. If UWW had more weight divisions, all three of those guys would not only be world champions, but probably also Olympic champions. Congrats to Dake, well deserved and long overdue.

As much of a Kyle Dake fan as I am, Valencia is extremely quick and keeps really good position. I'm not sure how long Dake can hold him off.

Waiting behind great wrestlers for almost 10 years has lit a fire! If he would move from a counter wrestler to an offensive wrestler he would beat Chamizo, Burroughs, Cox... but it's too difficult for him to make such a major change. Taylor should WAX him every time but he lets Dake wrestle his counter style. Nobody that has ever wrestled can figure out why Taylor doesn't win every time they wrestle.
Im a bjj guy. And I have to admit wrestlers are some of the toughest people in combat sports. When I see a wrestler put a white belt on I go " oh fuck ".....lol
