Right here in Southern IL! It's one of my favorite spots in the fall and winter! During the spring and summer it gets pressured pretty hard and all but shuts down. And you have no idea how stoked I was to get that lipless back! Literally the first thing I ever got back of that snag.
Great video Tim, big F for the lipless. That is a great fall/winter spot. It has been tough at that spot most of the year but has definatly picked up this fall. Keep up the great videos and remember keep thos spirits high and those lines wet.

Hah! I can't say I've lost a rod there. But God only knows how many hundreds of dollars are on that laydown lol.
Hey, Tim, I'm planning on trying a lipless with a willow blade put on in place of the back hook to see if I can fish it through/over wood better. Mine get hung by the rear hook as they come over timber. Maybe you can give it a shot. The one drawback will be on the days that they are only nipping at the back of the bait.
Definitely something I'll give a try!
