There is alot of error in the production phase with human interaction. Explains why not all BMW's are built the same. I just returned mine cause it was a lemon. Last time I am buying a BMW made in the USA.
Still some much done by humans compared to a documentary I watched on the Hyundai factory much less humans doing work much more robots .That is why Hyundai JD Powers rate number one
thats not true, they aren't necessarily better, but I guess buying a German car means that people want it to be built in Germany. Also here don't live that many turks, that it would mainly be produced by them, they are a minority

Import duties on foreign manufactured cars because the US can't compete anymore in manufacturing. You end up with an inferior BMW assembled in the US.
