I just got the sacred fire ho-oh it's working amazing for me. In my opinion it's a keeper!
Shiiiiiiiiii...... I totally went tone deaf to this event for the sheer fact that it was a $12 event and I'm sticking to my word from the one and only first ever world-wide GoFest day when I was robbed blind. I recently got a 15/14/15 shadow Larvi and I am uncontrollably laughing for missing the smack down option. Just would need to wait till the next takeover event to finish him up. It pains me to admit it but, I totally DONT regret it. Completely worth. I am going to evolve it right now and elite TM it to double down. Love you Poke, keep it up with content bud. I'm gonna look into doubling down on you and how I wanna financially contribute to your platform. If you're new to this guy and still reading this, PokeAK is the most stand up guy I know and I only know him through YT. He got me through really tough times when I was isolated and mentally weak, he's made me laugh, and I admire him for tuning out the noise that so many people, let alone content creators, project. He's true to his persona and that is an extremely rare, and respectable trait.
I have a shadow ho-oh already and plenty of elite charge tm's, I'm purifying the apex version because the aesthetic is perfect for ho-oh

@@digitalsquidmv3901 Yes, but only the Apex can learn "+" or "++". I purified for a 100% Ho-Oh and it knows Sacred Fire ++, making it the strongest version of the move

Plan on keeping Ho-oh shadow and purifying Lugia for PVP. Pumped for the event.
Purify for Hundo
PvP will do 170 damage no matter what
Just catch a Lugia from a raid, it will have guaranteed IVs and it will have aeroblast during the event.
I'm expecting at least one person in the world will purify an Apex Lugia for a Master League Hundo Lugia.
If I purify I will have a hundo ho oh and I came here to decide if I should or not! 😮💨

I want to ask few days ago I changed bite to smack down with charged tm , on that time i didn't knew smack down is tyranitar's com day move I was thinking it could be any other move because I changed smack down of all my tyranitar with only charged tm
I don't want to purify shadow Ho Oh/Lugia, it just looks so much cooler with the shadow and red eyes.
Same I got an 82% The Shadow just looks so Meniceing I love it
But if purified, it looks amazing. A purified apex ho-oh has like a nebula or something like that around it

My Apex Shadow Lugia had bad IVs, so I pretty much had to purify it; ended up with an 12/15/12, so I'm happy to actually have a 3 Star one. I've had bad luck with Lugia, and they've all had subpar IVs.
On the other hand, my first Ho-oh was a 100%, and the Apex Shadow was 11/14/15. So, at least I get to keep Ho-oh as a shadow.

WORLD WIDE TRADING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have probably 30 lucky friends, some even a few cities over but I’m not going to be able to trade with… it’s so hard to meet up with people in general
My main and alt are gonna evolve lucky 100% and 15/14/15 Umbreons (assuming Niantic wasn't a jackass) for Last Resort, and GL 15 Umbreons for both.

Hey poke what's your thoughts on the guaranteed xl rare candies from 5 stars and increased chance of xl rare candies from in person raids but not for remote raids?
It's stupid... Why only in person? Niantic is shady
@@poke_ak I'm hoping they change it. Originally it just said 5 star raids then changed it to having a chance from 1 and 3 stars. I personally have plenty of gyms but what about those that rely on remote invites. I'm thinking of those raiders.
Wait a minute. Poke? How will the attacks display? Will the apex have 3 attacks? I don't know how we'll have Return with the ++ moves unless we have double charge attacks.

You have to buy the ticket and complete the masterwork research which then will give you both lugia and ho-oh with their + moves. If you raid for them instead you will have their legacy move with no +
Or are you asking for the possible frustration ?
They'll likely have the aeroblast + / sacred fire + on them when caught otherwise why make such a big deal about it if the moves aren't even on them once caught
I got a 93iv apex shadow ho-oh. If purified it will be a hundo but I’m definitely NOT purifying it 😁

Mystic7 purified his apex shadow ho-oh and the animation changed into the aurora borealis
If I get close to a 100%, I will purify
If u have hoho don't keep shadow ++ it's strong in raids
Purified still does less damage overall, that isn't even taking into account incinerate getting the shadow bonus damage.

SF++ is 155 and 29 for incinerate
SF+ is 162 (with shadow bonus) and 35 for incinerate (with shadow bonus)
i got an 11/10/10 ho-oh.. i purified it.. just for the cool look and boosted sacred fire ++
It's actually recommended not to do that. Do research man smh. Even with the extra plus it's not better
