"Pull out now before it's too late, and you'll be stuck for the next.. 18 years.."
Perfect humour :D
damn I died on that :D
19:20 "Time remaining: long charging time"..
That was useful information ...
Only Mr Mi and Mr Yu working at the call center, what a shame 😂
Bjørn: How much range do you have left?
Car: No
16:30 everyone expected a car journalist. we got a comedian lol! and the oscar goes to TB!
Emotional damage
Rush hour ref .. I like it
Got the Rush hour reference ;)
Next episode: connecting the car to an oscilloscope? 😀 BTW, the plastic part probably doesn't have any frequency on it or anything because it's just a pass-through, all the real stuff is inside the car (the plastic thing is too small to hold any 3kW power electronics).
I'll have a guess. The EcoFlow has a pulse power source (mostly all electronics and chargers have) and the inverter in the car that produces the AC is something similar in reverse. They may have some capacitors or coils in there that are the same size or same natural frequency and create some kind of interference or resonance. That happens only after the ecoflow stabilizes the power, until then it changes the power and therefore the frequency of drawing power from the car all the time, so the resonance doesn't have the time to grow. I'd say it's not something wrong with either, but a bad luck of them meeting each other.
I'll also guess that this'll work fine with a laptop (because its power source is much weaker and won't be able to resonate the bigger stuff in the car) and will be fine with things like heaters, lights, etc, because they are just resistors.
If you charge the car from the battery while charging the battery from the car will it disappear into a void of infinity & cross into dimensions the Olde Masterse have never seen?
When you review new Kia Niro EV ?
Im waiting for it.
Who am I, if I am you!! 😅
Anyone 😂
Than I am you
@@dennisthrondsen but if I am you, and you are me, Then who am i ??????
@@tomnorsken4495 then you are me??🤣
I love seeing your videos about draining the battery to low battery. Since you have the Ecoflow, can you expand on your videos to see if the cars you are testing can be charged using the ecoflow while driving?
No cars can drive while plugged in. Safety feature.
@@bjornnyland Tesla?
Who knew Bjørn is an Abbot and Costello fan....
that is beautiful
Damn that's dope
You should have used the phone app when empting the battery. When the dashboard only shows «km_ _» the app actually shows the remaining km (below 20). At least for the G3.
...which I didn't have access to since this was a press car.
@@bjornnyland Yes I thought so. 👍🏻 But good to know for other XPeng drivers and if you test another XPeng sometime (hopefully with the app available). 😁
the cars behind you wondering why you keep changing lanes lol
XPILOT driving LLC activated…. XPILOT driving LLC deactivated…. XPILOT driving LLC activated….
Have you tried to charge while driving? What happens if the car hits something above the doors when they open?
Not possible.
@@bjornnyland thanks!
Tf I didn't expect those jokes. Like well deserved.
Rush Hour 3 - You? Me? Him?...
Out of juice 🤣🤣👏👏👏👏
I am waiting for G9 test
This adaptor plug is just a quick/cheap hack to turn your car into a power source. The 'V2G problem' is likely that the PFC (power factor correction) of the Ecoflow is unable to phase lock if the AC output of the car is not a clean sinewave or just too unstable (the blinking 50Hz light hints toward that); but I will need to do some measurements to confirm this :) Please note V2G is mainly intended to be working as a 'grid-tie-inverter'. eg: sync with the sinewave of the grid and inject current into it. The way you are using it is 'experimental' and different countries may have different regulations and that may affect the interoperability of this setup.
there is a difference between V2G and V2L
That V2L adapter says it has en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP_code of IP20 (no protection against water ingress, same as my indoor-only extension cord; which explains the long list of warnings on its side). Is that common with charging adapters/cables?
The left side is the right side so long as the right side is the right side of the road side otherwise the left side is the wrong side and the right side is the right side if the left side is the right side on the road side. Just sayin'. My M3 has it on the left side which is the wrong side in my country :(.
Maybe if you try to disconnect the slave battery, then It won't show overload?
Why?
@@bjornnyland I thought the slave battery together with the master battery would pull too much power for the V2L adapter. And maybe if you only use the master the V2L adapter can cope with it.
this is like going back in time.
Looks like Car outputs "dirty" electricity... Might not do that if you use less "intelligent" device., like hairdryer, it will give big load but does not really care exact Herz. Small load devices like laptop charger might not cause herz to change. Anyway, cars electronics should not do like that, faulty component...?
Maybe the frequency fluctuates?..🤔
Rush Hour reference? 😂
😂😂😂😂
Can you close the doors with the key?
Yes
Watched "Rush Hour" too many times he has
At least this Chinese car didn't said (watch out surround) 😂
Hhhhhh, seams you do enjoy this ding-dong sound very much jaaa
most new Cars have the Chargeport on the right side. So the left side is becomming the wrong side. In long term.
Incorrect. These EVs have charge port on the left side which is the right side:
- Tesla Model S
- Tesla Model X
- Tesla Model 3
- Tesla Model Y
- Polestar 2
- Volvo XC40
- Volvo C40
- Hyundai Ioniq 28 kWh
- Peugeot e-208
- Peugeot e-2008
- Opel Corsa-e
- Citroen e-C4
- DS3
- Audi e-tron
- Audi e-tron GT
- Porsche Taycan
- Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo
Still the right side remains the better side in Continental Europe. Public charging in the cities simply works better in the right side...
Not a problem at all to have charge port on the left side and street charge. I have never heard any of the mentioned models above complain about charge port placement.
@@bjornnyland I am not saying that it creates a problem, I am just saying that the right side is the better option for city charging. At least with my experience here in Hamburg since 2013 when I started driving electric.
@@bjornnyland Best side is the Front side. I had this on the Kia E Niro. Now on the EV 6 it is on the right side. I would not make a decision about a car because of the place of a chargeport. A minor Point.
With my ioniq 48km is almost 25 % battery 😅
Hihi
Ridiculous doors 😂
Yu not understand.🤣
Where is the Ariya tests....
Is that a question
@@bjornnyland nah, he's just wondering, there's no question mark
@@bjornnyland Correct, where is the 1000 km challenge, bananabox and so on. :)

Totally disagree, really nice to drive. I found it funny and comfortable to drive
