TFW you spend $185 on a bottle of Brut. I'm not trying to hate, but this one smells almost identical to Brut to me; It's Brut with a really amped up patchouli note. I'm kind of disappointed because this is one where I just do not get the hype whatsoever. I guess there is something wrong with my nose; I really wish I was able to smell what other people are smelling when it comes to this scent.
Love the idea of your favorites from each house. You also look gorgeous! Love Nasomatto, but I only own Black Afgano and Pardon. There are so many fragrances I'd like to get. The list keeps expanding... can't have 'em all

They most definitly are , even if only 30 ml .. sometimes quality with performance that good is worth the price tag .. SlumberHouse comes to mind as well as another similar house , very much worth every penny. Thanks for sharing your thoughts Demi :)
As a man I‘m actually intrigued by Blamage. When I smelled it first in the shop it smelled like sherbet powder and I had to get it. At first it was a bit interesting/ weird but when I resprayed the second time it was actually impressed me to see that something like that can actually be so wearable. Like the name says it has something dramatic to it as if there was just one bit missing to do something great but it failed very closely. But that small flaw makes it human and perfect in its own way.
I just ordered the “Duro” because of you. I really wanted to get the Baraonda, but I trust your judgement. I got the Duro (date nights or special occasions), The one EDP (for brunch and friends hangout), and Vibrant Leather (for everyday use)

I don’t know about the rest of them, but I love Narcotic V, the gorgeous tuberose. They are perfumes, so worth the price, and have seen and bought the Narc V on a discount sites. Would definitely not blind buy the other ones. Your nose is more sophisticated than mine. I hated the Atelier Tuberose you recommended. Will have to sell that one.
Black Afghano - isn't supposed to smell like actual WEED, but like Afghan Hash to be precise - google it if You don't know what it is. So it's basically weed but refined, looks like black plasticine and it smells very different from regular weed. Smells kind of vanillish/sweet. Very pleasant. So this perfume should reseble the smell of afghano hash - does it succeed? Partly only :)
I would love to see a Lancôme video :) I just received my Oud bouquet perfume and honestly, when I initially sprayed it, it reminded me of a sterile environment like a surgery room or dentist office lol I can’t explain it but I wasn’t sure I liked it in the beginning but after about 5 mins or so, it smelled amazing and as the day goes on it smells better. I love it ! Thanks for the suggestion.

Demi Rawling 😍 seriously I’m in LOVE with it !!! I have been wearing it for 7 hours now and it just smells AMAZING. I even reapplied it just because I just wanted to spray myself again. My 10 year old must have a mature taste in fragrance because he loves it too. I don’t know if it was just the initial spray that turned me off at first but when I reapplied it, it didn’t smell funky like that first time. Thank you for the suggestions. I’m going to get Tonka Imperiale next :)

I can vouch for Duro, which I've just test worn and put on my to-buy list. It has a rooty earthiness facet which is nit mentioned often enough. It'll stand on my formal-wear shelf with the bottle of Black Afgano, which I already have. And Baraonda, which I also just test wore. It reminded me a little of the recently released Penhaligon The Dandy, which I bought. But the boozy note in The Dandy is stronger, so I'll give the boozy note award to The Dandy.
I really wouldn't recommend buying it blind. To my nose it kind of smells like Brut, the aftershave (I'm not really sure why, but it might have to do with how synthetic it smells). It wasn't mentioned in the video, but to me it's also an absolute Patchouli bomb, so if you don't like patchouli then you probably won't like it. As mentioned in the video, I don't really get a lot of leather from it at all. So, to me it is mostly patchouli and some woods, with a hint of sweetness. By all means, try a sample, but imo it doesn't really hold up at all to the king from the house, Black Afgano.

(Which i dig alot) Also have Black Afgano...Which i really really like but it's a fragrance i have to be in the mood for.
You are incorrect about Narcotic V. There is no gardenia in Narcotic V simply because Nasamatto only uses pure floral absolutes for their floral perfumes, according to an interview I saw of the perfumer Gualtieri from the company, and there is no such thing as a Gardenia absolute. Gardenia can't be extracted or steam distilled. That floral note can only be produced in a lab, so Nasamatto doesn't use "Gardenia" in their perfumes. There are only 3 floral notes in Narcotic V. Jasmine, Lily, and Tuberose. All are naturally produced, either through distillation or extraction.
I own Duro, Black Afgano, Blamage, Pardon, Absinth and Baraonda. This is one of my top 5 houses that produce the most unique, thick, uncompromising and well-blended fragrances. Great projection and longevity. Plus, they come in 30ml bottles. Personally, pardon is the best among the 6 bottles I have.

I just love your videos, Im not a sexy girl at all and was kinda thinking that it wouldnt suit me But I still gave your recommendations a shot and loved tons of your recommendations!!! Sweet/fruity works so well on my body chemistry and wanted to thank you since youre the first UA-camr to really dare to get me out the door and smell the perfumes, I was scared since they are 9/10 times called night fragrances but I realized I should just wear what my nose likes and not how its labelled or how Im judged. Have most of the line..Duro and Black Afgano being my favs.I believe you get what you pay for.30 ml but extraits so...only need to spray a couple times.Can find a few of them now at discounters so it makes it a bit easier.Great vid!! So interesting because baraonda on me smells just like wood and whisky. In the bottle It has a fruity note but that doesn’t come through at all on my skin

I love Narcotic Venus but it doesn't have gardenia in it. Its notes are tuberose, jasmine, lily and spices.

I really wouldn't recommend buying it blind. To my nose it kind of smells like Brut, the aftershave (I'm not really sure why, but it might have to do with how synthetic it smells). It wasn't mentioned in the video, but to me it's also an absolute Patchouli bomb, so if you don't like patchouli then you probably won't like it. As mentioned in the video, I don't really get a lot of leather from it at all. So, to me it is mostly patchouli and some woods, with a hint of sweetness. By all means, try a sample, but imo it doesn't really hold up at all to the king from the house, Black Afgano.
Great video, hope you will continue the focus on the niche perfume houses. And wow the these bottles are expensive! And double wow, you look beautiful as always.

Love the video... Love the concept...And looove Nasomatto and Duro. Like legit my top fragrance as of right now of all time is Duro. Sooo happy you gave it some love. (way too many loves in this comment sorry lol) Anyway, It was my second from the house that i purchased after Baraonda. (Which i dig alot) Also have Black Afgano...Which i really really like but it's a fragrance i have to be in the mood for.

You are incorrect about Narcotic V. There is no gardenia in Narcotic V simply because Nasamatto only uses pure floral absolutes for their floral perfumes, according to an interview I saw of the perfumer Gualtieri from the company, and there is no such thing as a Gardenia absolute. Gardenia can't be extracted or steam distilled. That floral note can only be produced in a lab, so Nasamatto doesn't use "Gardenia" in their perfumes. There are only 3 floral notes in Narcotic V. Jasmine, Lily, and Tuberose. All are naturally produced, either through distillation or extraction.
I own Duro, Black Afgano, Blamage, Pardon, Absinth and Baraonda. This is one of my top 5 houses that produce the most unique, thick, uncompromising and well-blended fragrances. Great projection and longevity. Plus, they come in 30ml bottles. Personally, pardon is the best among the 6 bottles I have.

I just love your videos, Im not a sexy girl at all and was kinda thinking that it wouldnt suit me But I still gave your recommendations a shot and loved tons of your recommendations!!! Sweet/fruity works so well on my body chemistry and wanted to thank you since youre the first UA-camr to really dare to get me out the door and smell the perfumes, I was scared since they are 9/10 times called night fragrances but I realized I should just wear what my nose likes and not how its labelled or how Im judged.
Though it sucks since the perfumerys near my place dont carry a lot of niche fragrances..... They dont even have the newest editions 😑 I was stoked! To try out lancome oud bouquet 😭

I really like perfumes and now I have of course to try Nasomatto
I use Tom Ford Black orchid and the pigmentation of my skin gives it a different scent, it all depends on the PH of the skin.

Have most of the line..Duro and Black Afgano being my favs.I believe you get what you pay for.30 ml but extraits so...only need to spray a couple times.Can find a few of them now at discounters so it makes it a bit easier.Great vid!! One of my fav houses.Duro one of my fav frags!! Cannot tell you how many compliments I have gotten with it.Hundreds..on my 2nd bottle..lol.

So interesting because baraonda on me smells just like wood and whisky. In the bottle It has a fruity note but that doesn’t come through at all on my skin
