Great tutorial and template as always. And always wait for your tutorials. 🙂 The only thing I would like to suggest is using the Pseudo Effect plugin to create controllers so it will be more compact and grouped. Also, others won't need to have the plugin to use the controllers.
Thanks for the suggestion. Someone already made a Pseudo Effect for my Glow Preset. But I didn’t know that it can’t be done with a Plugin. So thank you for this tip 😊. I’m not sure though if it’ll work here because it’s not just a drag and drop thing. It heavily relies on the interconnection between the shape layers. But thanks anyway. Also for tour encouraging words 😀

Yes it is a mask, but you can also apply a drop shadow effect to it, and It looks very easy and faster than yours. Am I missing something?

Maybe what we could is create an AE script that automatically duplicates when intersecting strokes are detected & also automatically parents.
