- Join us, Ben and Aurora, in Episode 10 of Sailing Loon as we explore ALL the wildlife in Shroud Cay, the Exumas. We see everything from baby sharks to rays, tons of fish, birds, snakes and lizards, and more turtles than we’ve ever seen in our lives. We will tell you about mangroves and why they are so amazing. And we will show you all Shroud Cay has to offer. Including the famous "washing machine" natural waterslide, the lookout point where the FDA spied on the drug trade at Norman's Cay, and all through the many mangrove canals. We take you above and under water with us through our whole exploration, and even have animal names labeled so you can hopefully learn something new!

Cool bit of info on the mangroves. Not sure if you’ve seen this trick- when pulling your dinghy up to the beach, put a boat fender at the bow and pull the dinghy up on it and helps get it up easy on the sand.
Never seen that trick, very clever, we will have to try it out sometime! Thank you for your comment :)
