Day 2 and I'm detoxed! I got lost with this one! LOL! Did it in a different room and somehow missed the left side, left knee forward. So I stayed awhile longer and did as much as I could remember! I was brave and just went with the flow! Thanks!
If it's your lower back that's bothering you, a nice alternative is to keep the feet planted flat a little wider than your hips, letting your knees fall in towards one another. I hope that helps!

Good question! So long as it feels ok for your body and doesn't seem to be aggravating any issues, you can absolutely practice this when you like.
Any suggestions it is very uncomfortable for me to lie down on my back with the legs outstretched
Good question Trish, a nice variation is to plant the feet flat and let the knees rest against each other
