      Meal prepping seems like so much work but it’s very helpful and convenient😇

      hahaha, you're right, it seems like a lot of work, but it actually saves a lot more time and ends up being a lot less work! Instead of spending an hour or more each day to cook a new meal for breakfast-lunch-dinner, you spend 5 hours (max) one day for the next 2 weeks 😁 It's life-changing!

    These are all such good tips! I’ve meal prepped my whole life, which makes the occasions that I order out that much more exciting!

      That's so true, I love that! When I used to eat out every day, it stopped feeling exciting. Now that I meal prep, when I do order out it really is that much more exciting and honestly I appreciate it more!
