Dude, that trick with the plane to create some fill light deserves like 10000 likes. Thank you!

I like that you are doing this with actual textured settings rather than primitives in empty scenes.

Even as an experienced user I am still learning, and I have definitely learnt new tips and tricks with your videos. Easy to follow and quick. Great work.

Yeah! You are right. I tend to make the sphere invisible for indoor scenes. Better to use a picture if you want to show a view of what ’s outside.

This may be a daft question but how do you get that light on the floor coming through the window? I have a room with a window and while light does shine in, it leaves no shapes on the floor like that. I've tried Googling but I keep getting results for God rays, which I don't really want, just a light patch on the floor.

You need to use an HDRI which has a hard light source like the sun in it, then rotate the dome so that the sun is shining in at the right angle

I’ve got an idea for a tutorial!!!
How the hell do you depress or indent skin? Say character 1 pokes character 2 in the belly, how do you make the belly indent where the finger is pressed?
I’m shocked but there are NO tutorials for this online.
Also check out the new dForce Magnet. Definitely a tutorial there. Thanks dude, you’re my guru!

I went to your subscribestar. Sadly, they don't take American Express.
I've got a VISA as well but I'll need to shift some money around first.
Can't wait for the next video. I know $5 isn't going to even buy you a lunch each month but, for now hopefully it'll atleast make your subscribestar get more traffic.

Hey thundorn, do you think you can show how you would set up a scene with a figure and background to achieve a render similar to your thumbnails? Thanks :)
